Caravan owners must take responsibility to insure their caravan.

It is the caravan owners responsibility to update all information regarding their advertised caravans on www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk

FEES

For owners of caravans who would like to advertise their caravans for hire on www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk they will be charged an annual fee of £30. This fee will include photographs of your caravan.

If you decide to remove your caravan for hire within the annual fee period, there will be no refund of your annual fee.

For owners of caravans/motor homes for sale on www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk they will be charged a fee of £30 for 6 months.

If your caravan/motor home is sold within the 6 months period, there will be no refund of your 6 monthly fee.

All owners will receive a reminder shortly before your annual fee expires.

All owners can add your own website to our links page for an annual fee of £5.

POTENTIAL HIRERS BOOKING CARAVANS FOR HIRE

Contract: The contract of the caravan hire shall be between the hirer and the caravan owner. Any person booking a caravan must contact the caravan owner directly. All caravan owners who hire out their caravans are responsible for their own 'Terms & Conditions' to potential hirers.

Any changes to the advertised entertainment of site faciliities is beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for these changes.

Loss of deposit or payment is not the responsibility of www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk It is the hirers responsibility to pay the owner of the caravan directly to them.

Data Protection & Privacy: All information provided to www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk by caravan/ motorhome owners and caravan site owners will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purposes.

All complaints regarding the booking and sales of caravans which don't come up to expectations should be directed to the respective owners.

www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk is just an advertising platform to enable owners of hire caravans and the owners of caravans/motor homes to advertise their respective caravans and that www.bookaholidaycaravan.co.uk has no interest whatsoever with these owners.
